Driver’s Instructions

(Please enter trip details)

Professional Demeanor

We expect all drivers to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Remember, positive interactions with customers are vital; disputes may lead to a $200 deduction.

Documentation Compliance

Please ensure you have a signed Bill of Lading (BOL) before leaving a load. Keeping a signed BOL is essential, and failure to do so will result in a $100 deduction. Kindly keep all BOLs organized in the designated folder.

Load Security

For your safety and that of the cargo, please send clear videos of the load securing process before departing. This helps us maintain high standards and ensures compliance.

Vehicle Maintenance

We encourage prompt reporting of any truck or trailer defects to ensure everyone’s safety. Failing to report issues may result in a $100 deduction.

Keeping the truck clean is appreciated, and a tidy vehicle contributes to a better working environment. A $50 deduction will apply if the truck is left in poor condition.

Fuel Management

We kindly ask that you fill the tanks completely, but only when fuel prices are $3.60 or lower (receipt required). This helps us manage expenses effectively.

Please ensure the fuel gauge does not drop below 50 miles to empty. Your attention to this will help maintain efficiency.

Cash Advances

Cash advances are available only during your first week of hire. We appreciate your understanding in not requesting additional advances afterward.

Equipment Responsibility

Please take care of all equipment; any lost items will incur a deduction based on their replacement cost. Additionally, never dispose of equipment without prior permission.

If you lose keys or shipments, please report it immediately, as this will incur a deduction equal to the item’s price.

Tank Fill Protocol

When filling tanks, please do so only at prices of $3.60 or below and provide a receipt (no bank or cash app histories accepted). This helps us manage our resources wisely.

Personal Conduct

To maintain a comfortable working environment, please refrain from bringing pets, children, drugs, or alcohol into the truck without prior permission.

Daily Checks

We appreciate your diligence in providing daily video evidence of all lights and tire conditions. This promotes safety and accountability.
